Booking Period
Weekend postal orders must be placed before 3pm on Wednesday.
DM us on insta for last minute pick up orders.
Event date/ Return Dates :
Pick up/Drop off orders -
Event date Monday is due back Tuesday.
Event date Tuesday is due back Wednesday
Event date Wednesday is due back Thursday
Event date Friday to Saturday are due back SUNDAY
Return must be done by 3pm on your return date.
Postal orders -
Event date Monday is due back Tuesday.
Event date Tuesday is due back Wednesday
Event date Wednesday is due back Thursday
Event date Friday to Sunday is due back Monday
(for postal orders only If the return date is a public holiday, adjust to the next working day)
Postal Returns must be scanned in by NZ post by 3pm on your return date. (do not leave package at NZ post without a scan)
Please note that the booking system assumes you are booking your event for the weekend (Friday-Saturday) If you choose your event date as a day of the week (Monday-Thursday) refer to info above & your info leaflet for return date.
Fit
Please refer to the brand website size charts for accurate sizing.
Most maxi dresses are designed for girls approx 170cms if you are shorter than this please get in contact for short girl friendly options.
Courier Post
Express courier (including return label)
NZ wide Courier is including return is $17 (Rural Extra)
Rural addresses are an extra $7
Please note all weekend orders must be placed before Wednesday 3pm.
We are not able to confirm Wednesday event date booking as there could be delays in return from the previous renter which will impact your rental making it to you by Wednesday.
For weekday orders please allow a minimum of 2 working days.
If you loose your return label or if you chose drop off but would now like to courier item back to us please get in contact for a return label.
Do not courier items without using a return label provided by us.
Pick Ups
Pick ups from Titirangi (West Auckland) are available to Auckland customers by selecting the option during checkout.
Pick ups in Grafton are available by prior arrangement, please DM us on Instagram for more info.
Titirangi Pickup Time Frame
Weekend rentals: pick up available from Thursday
Weekday rentals: available one working day prior to the event date
Back Up Rentals
20% off 2nd back up dress available with selected items please DM our Instagram to check if the 2nd dress can be booked as a back up.
20% discount applicable to the lesser value dress.
When a back up dress is booked both dresses will come with a tag sewn into the dress. If both tags are cut off you will be billed full price for both dresses. Please only cut the tag off the dress which is worn and return the other dress with the tag intact.
Try Ons
Try ons are located in Titirangi (west Auckland)
Try ons are $20 each, this can be used as credit for a booking made within 24 of your try on.
Each slot is 30mins - please try to arrive on time as try ons are back-to-back.
You are able to share a try out with 2 of your friends or family (3 people max)
Bookings are not refundable.
Please note that we are not able to guarantee a particular dress will be available on the date of your try out.
