Phyllis Maxi Dress | Baby Blue 

An off-the-shoulder, full-length maxi dress featuring a chiffon ruffle. The bodice is fitted with elastic for added structure and includes a full-length lining. Scarlette is 5'5" and wears an XS/S. Crafted from a 95% polyester, 5% spandex blend. Chiffon frill: 100% polyester.
